POWER YOGA:  Yoga for already aerobically well-conditioned students currently engaged in some form of more intense activity:  cycling, running, aerobic dance, swimming, and/or weight training.  Excellent for helping athletes maintain and improve performance levels and prevent injuries; a vigorous and challenging workout that enhances current fitness levels substantially.  Previous yoga experience helpful but not necessary. (level 3 challenge)
NOONTIME YOGA:  Get away from it all with this noon yoga class just for YOU!  40 minutes of yoga and/or guided relaxation and meditation; bring your own lunch and then relax in the Center's welcoming lounge.  We provide microwave, fridge, hot water, tea, coffee and, most importantly, stress-free surroundings and company designed to pamper you and ease your way back into your afternoon activities.  (level 1 & level 2)
KUNDALINI YOGA: Yoga for people ready to engage in some form of more intensive activity.  Kundalini has an aerobic component and is excellent for building emotional and physical endurance and improving and maintaining performance levels.  Fast paced, challenging, extremely exhilarating and energizing.  Uniquely effective and highly emotionally releasing and satisfying as well. (level 3 challenge)
INTERMEDIATE FLOW: This flow style class is to develop power.
Students will learn how to create inner heat throught the breath, and to channel that heat through a sequence of specific powerful postures that increase flexibility, create strength, enhance concentration, inspire relaxation, and bring about balance and harmony of body, mind, and spirit.
This class is for those already established in a regular yoga practice, and is not for those new to yoga or working with injuries. (level 3 challenge)
